Human emotions are both beautiful and frightening. We go through our lives having experiences. These experiences create either positive or negative emotions that are stored inside of us. While an emotion, like a thought, doesn’t have any physical weight, negative emotions begin to weigh us down emotionally. Eventually we become so sluggish that it becomes difficult to do anything.
The secret to dropping this weight is the power of forgiveness.
When you forgive, you are allowing yourself to leave behind the negative emotion and move on with the rest of your life.
The challenge is that forgiveness is not easy.
Whether it’s from the pain caused by another, or pain caused by yourself, finding a way to move past it can be very difficult. The feelings of anger, jealousy, shame, or guilt handicap us. With wise guidance, coming to a place of forgiveness is possible.

How Finding Forgiveness Works
During our sessions, we work together to help uncover the causes that are holding back your forgiveness. I help you revisit these feelings, discover their roots and find forgiveness through activities such as journaling, ritual and role play. Together we can face these negative emotions and find a path towards a better life.
