Very often this causes confusion, sadness, guilt and shame about who you are and as you suppress the real you, everything becomes fake and meaningless. But the past doesn’t have to be the future.

How Finding Your Authentic Self Works
During our sessions, we can work together to help you identify the reasons that you have hidden who you are, overcome the negative thoughts and emotions that are holding you back, and find a path towards revealing the person that you are meant to be.
To deal with the challenge of identity I rely on three main theories.
- Client Centered therapy establishes an environment where you can freely explore your authenticity, as a springboard for further discovery and building of self-esteem.
- Acceptance-Commitment therapy helps you understand what are the obstacles, external and internal to authenticity and how to overcome these.
- Logo therapy developed by Victor Frankl, helps you discover your core values and align your lifestyle and life purpose with them.
